Starting Word: Kitteh!
Over the past year we have been taken with the game iAssociate on Facebook and the iPhone. For those of you that don't know the game, you start with a word in the middle and then add more words in to show things that you link to that ending up with a massive mind map. The only problem is that we have issues with some of the associations so much so that we had to change the name to I-Don't-Associate. For example recently we had the word wine to associate something to. Now for us that conjures red, white, grape, Italy, France, vineyard etc. but despite our best effort that wasn't what the game wanted.
So for our project today we've been working on our own association. One of us started and then passed it on to the next one and so forth until we have our very own association map. Our first attempt using the word Kitteh is shown above.
